Dr. Giyoung Park
Dr. Park was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. She initially studied environmental engineering at Ewha Womans University before deciding to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Seoul National University in 2006 and completed her clinical year training at Purdue University.
Since 2008, Dr. Park has been practicing in the Bay Area, California. Her commitment to pet health is complemented by her interest in integrative medicine. In 2022, Dr. Park earned certification in veterinary acupuncture through Chi University, reflecting her dedication to blending traditional and holistic approaches to enhance pet care.
Dr. Park is deeply committed to fostering strong human-animal bonds. She believes that the health and happiness of pets are intrinsically linked to the well-being of their families. Her approach to veterinary care involves not only treating pets but also building lasting relationships with both pets and their owners.
